“I contacted this company for a quotation. They replied to my email and said they'll be around over the next couple of days. Then 2 weeks goes by and nothing so I contact them again and was suggested to go elsewhere. Not very professional. If you don't have time to assist a potential client, be straight up from the start or at least have the decency to advise them instead of staying silent whilst someone is waiting for you!”
