“Mark said he could fit our job in at short notice which was appreciated. Arrived at the initial meeting on time. His main tiler was excellent and did a wonderful job placing the tiles, then…... nothing. No grouting, cleaning, finishing edges. Was a repeat no show even when you could actually get in contact with him to organize a time. Begrudgingly did the grouting. A 30 minute job with the promise of finishing the edges and cleaning excess the next day. No show again. We had someone else finish the job. That was August. It’s now end of January and they send the bill with 7 days to pay and the audacity to charge the full amount, despite never finishing the job or even enquiring about it. Highly unorganized. Will not recommend.”

“I asked Mark to look at my tiled shower base as it had been laid incorrectly a few years ago and he was so helpful and needed to pull everything up and redo from scratch. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure each aspect of the redo was of the highest standard. Always a smile on his face and a great communicator.
