Immediately I was helped by the Friendly staff, They assessed my level of understanding of vinyl flooring and were very helpful and informative helping us weigh up our options. Abby made it easy, Off home with a sample pack, and with the vinyl chosen we explained all the areas we wanted to cover and Abby produced a comprehensive quote that was easy to understand and captured everything we had discussed. Come installation day, the installers were friendly, professional, VERY good at their trade judging by the results. They left the un-used silicon sealant.. most tradies would keep it despite us paying for it. They also went the extra mile and stretched out carpet into the floor jam!. Even more so, they did not charge for the door jam it seams recognising the brand new one I already had they just swapped it. Integrity & Professionalism. I would recommend these guys, all of their staff at the Floor Store to anyone whom needed coverings, Absolutely impressed and a contrast to average service, these guys are a cut above! Thankyou!”
