“Terrible customer service and misleading pricing. I was overcharged despite the pricing clearly displayed on their website. Staff were dismissive, rude, and refused to load more than 1/2 m³ onto a trailer that can safely handle far more. I was then told the advertised bulk pricing only applies if ordering on the same day — a condition that is either buried or not stated anywhere. Completely unacceptable. I’ll be buying my materials elsewhere from now on and recommend others do the same.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Goods Shed Garden Supplies in Naenae. The customer service was rude — staff were shouting when talking to me and showed no willingness to explain or disclose product information. They seemed to assume customers already know everything about their products. The management should review their camera footage to see how their staff treat customers — it’s unacceptable. Unfortunately, since there’s little competition in this area, we don’t have many other options, but the attitude and professionalism here really need improvement.”
