From the beginning, Nick and the team of builders, trades people and designers took our vision and translated it into a reality. The build process was incredibly smooth. Nick kept us fully informed throughout the process especially when we encountered challenges. His methodical approach to managing each tradesperson meant that each group followed in a logical sequence without tripping over each other. This means that the finish on plastering, painting, electrical and plumbing work has been first class. Almost 3 years into our new home we are still utterly impressed with the design, workmanship and finish. There have been no issues at any point and we would highly recommend Little Pig for anyone considering a new build or renovation. Well done team.”

“We bought a section that Nick owned and had to go with him as the builder of our home. Not ideal, but we thought he had been around a long time, so should know what he was doing. Sometimes a builder is too new, so maybe doesn't have the experience, and sometimes a builder has been doing it too long, so doesn't really care. For us, Nick was the second. Nick is a nice guy and very personable, until things don't go right. So many things went wrong in the building of our home and they shouldn't have, if Nick was paying attention, and gave a damn. He clearly wasn't and didn't. He needs a Project Manager. We don't recommend him, and advise, if you are building, to look elsewhere.”

“Nick carried out alterations to our home when we were renovating our Kitchen, this involved removing some small walls and installing a new doorway and extending some existing walls. Nicks team were professional and carried out all the work without problems, any issues that arose were sorted quickly and to the satisfaction of the building inspector and me, work was completed on time and within budget. The workmanship is first class and unlike some builders cleaned up and removed all the waste from site. Nick took care of all permits and documents with the local council. Through a friend, I had heard of Nick's business in home inspections, and knowing he was a well respected builder, he seemed an ideal person to contact.
