“I've used Brendan, Kaleb, Max and the team at The Pipe and Drain on three occasions now - a heat pump hot water cylinder upgrade, a full bathroom renovation, and most recently a burst water main connection on my property. They are professional, timely and great to deal with. Highly recommended.”

“Brendan and the team at Pipe and Drain were recommended by our solar provider for a change from gas to heat pump hot water. They were prompt and professional throughout and did very tidy work. We did have some commissioning issues with the hardware but the team were super responsive and sorted these all out. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this provider.”

“Spoke to Brendan — he helped coordinate his team, Caleb and Max, to set everything up at a rapid pace and on short notice, right before a public holiday. Max and Caleb were a great combination — very personable, great communicators, and got everything fixed and tested very quickly. So happy to have the hot water cylinder working again!”

“I texted the night before and they were there at 9.30am the next morning to problem solve why there was no hot water. By 11.30am all was fixed with a new element. Brendan's team also noticed a weeping outlet valve which they also replaced. The invoice came with photos of the work done. Thank you Brendan!”

“Absolutely abysmal service - No communication, no fix, just frustration. A third-party hired this plumber to address a relatively simple task: moving dishwasher. After and over a month now, what we got in return was a complete lack of communication and lies, a few broken parts and a problem to the dishwashing which is not properly working now. Save yourself the headache and find a plumber who actually communicates and knows how to handle appliances properly. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.”
