“Purchased tiles from this company arrived in at a reasonable time frame and offered to store them over the Xmas holidays. Tiler did a great job two weeks to do the water proofing and lay tiles. Unfortunately we tried to return two unopened ctns to be told we only had two weeks from time of purchase to return. We had purchased maybe 6 weeks before at no time when making the purchase had we been told that we had a two week window. Disappointed that for the sake of $200. They would think it ok . The good thing is we are planning another bathroom renovation and will never consider this company to supply , plenty of tile suppliers I appreciate mistakes happen but I guess I need to do a more thorough review of terms and conditions. Disappointed to say the least.”
