They lent me several samples to take home to help me choose the best tiles for my kitchen. There was an issue with the Courier who broke a number of tiles when delivering them to Tilemax. This was no hassle. Lauren immediately ordered the replacement tiles from their warehouse in Wellington and they were with me by the end of the week. “We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Tilemax Queenstown. From our first encounter to the end result. We were getting ideas together for the new house we were building when we first went into the Tilemax Queenstown showroom. We didn’t really know what we wanted just that we wanted tiling in the entry, 2 bathrooms and kitchen, and we didn’t have any idea of the quantities we needed, actually we just didn’t know where to start. Karl and Becks were amazing they guided us through the whole process. We sent Karl our new build plans and he calculated the quantities we required. The tiles were then ordered into the Tilemax Warehouse. But the service didn’t stop there, they recommended a tile laying company who did an amazing job, when our electrician asked technical questions about the underfloor heating and the shower installer had queries that we couldn’t answer Karl was happy to talk to these trades people himself on our behalf.
