He was so pleasant, helpful and very professional with giving us support and inspiration for the perfect choice of tiles. He helped us use the visualiser in the store so that we could see the choice of tiles we liked in a virtual setting of our actual bathroom! This was amazing and very effective in giving us the look we liked. Very accurate!! We got a great price on the tiles that were on sale and were very happy with our final decision and purchase. The tiles are now in place and we are delighted! When making a big decision like choosing tiles that will have an effect on the overall look, it’s so crucial that it’s done right and Rick ensured that it was.
