“After going through the website, explaining the job that needed to be done, I was asked for photos which I supplied promptly. After a week, I rung as there was no reply. After a month, I rung again and was shocked at the rudeness on the phone. The next day I got told via email that the work would need to be done on a charge-up basis. Would not recommend.”
