“WORST Customer service & installation . I wish I could give zero stars. The installation was poorly done, and they damaged other areas of my home. They are fully gaslighting me in believing that I or a builder put in these nails that boarded where they were installing the carpet. I opened my home to these people without supervision expecting a top quality and professional job, instead I was left with nails in my hard flooring, a chip out the plaster in the wall, they used my lux and left nails around the house. I would expect that a firm as large as Carpet Court would have a policy that mandates the installers to take plenty of before and after photos to ensure the job was done to a high standard, but they don't have this. Peter the manager was rude and took no responsibility or interest in coming to an agreement to fix the damage of the hardwood flooring, not even a heartfelt apology. His email states 'The nails are builders nails, and we don't use them' That is the most stupid thing I've ever heard as I'm sure they are just nail gun tack nails, which most trades would have in their vans. I urge you to go anywhere else if you want good customer service and a decent install job.”
