Shane the floor layer was very kind as we had a window blow in when the storms came through, he moved furniture so it wouldn't get wet and cleaned up the glass and put it in a small pile. “Shane and Kelly were both so good to communicate beginning with the quote right through to the install. This was even more important to me and appreciated as I was unable to view the property being renovated. Their ability to deliver the install within a very short (and tight) timeframe was what I needed. This meant they were even ready to install before the house was finished being painted which was amazing. While unfortunately I havent personally seen the job the feedback (from family) about the quality of the carpet laid is very high with no visible joins which highlights the teams workmanship. Shane went above and beyond to ensure the finish was the best possible, even having an unused night store removed to ensure a good finish for the carpet in that area. In summary, I would defintely recommend Choices for all flooring needs, their products are competitive, but they follow through with excellent service which is also most important.”
