“Just had carpet installed by Complete Carpet (Napier). Very happy that it was done on the urgent time requested. We were in need as moving overseas soon and selling the house. Doug was of great assistance. The installer Kieran was very professional and an excellent tradesman. A few tricky spots, like the uneven and different sized stairs were no problem. The finished appearance looks fantastic. Would recommend without hesitation 10/10”

Not a easy thing to carpet, however Paul worked hard the whole day inside with temperatures exceeding 36 degrees, yes he did get a bit ratty but returned in the morning apologized for his attitude and finished the job plus a few mistakes. Even though we added underlay and extra carpet the bill was the same good on you guys”

“Update: in the meantime I did have a visit and they will do their best to fix it. Normally, I don't like to say anything negative, but I can not recommend this company to anyone. The carpet layer was swearing all day on the job, the carpet has visible joints where the doors are, and in one room it seems to separate even more now, by one door there is something hard under the carpet like a screw or bolt, when I queried the standard of the job I was told they will come and would have a look but they never turned up. I trusted their word and paid the large invoice and never heard back from them. Disgusting bad customer service.”
