“Tena Koe, My experience was an absolutely mindblowing one, I thought I was never going to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I had an extraordinary 7 day journey, with a leaky water cylinder that needed replacing, however, I needed to move a Solar System first so that the plumber could get access to the hot water cylinder to replace it, both in my laundry cupboard. Long story short, I spoke to an Angel called Michelle from Contact Electrical who kept me in the loop with everything, we had daily conversations, she was great, she encouraged me to "push back" to the solar provider to at least pay something towards this account as they put the system in a real dumb place, the solar provider spoke with Contact Electrical - BOOM, it happened... they paid a portion and I am happy with that, also the two technicians that turned up to my house and just got on with the job, letting me know exactly what they were doing, they successfully moved the system, they very respectful and polite young men. “We emailed a request for pricing to replace our existing downlights with LED lighting, We got a clear quote outlining options the same day. David the installer popped out the next day to confirm which new lights would fit and due to a cancellation offered to start there and then. Getting a sparky the very next day is unheard of! The whole house was outfitted within 3 days of getting the quote, plus a couple of extra power points fitted. David was excellent, recommending the different LED settings for kitchen vs living areas etc plus extra care obviously taken during clean up. He even bought in our courier deliveries and played fetch with the dog! Top notch.”

“What a delight to find this electrical company. They phoned before the 'Job'. They arrived on time. The team was two people; Ethan and David. There were four tasks that needed doing. We did not have to repeat ourselves endlessly. One task they could not do - but they explained why! We did not have to hover over them. They took care not to overload any of the circuits. We were impressed that they complimented a previous electrician for his work (I don't like it when people 'badmouth' members of their own profession.)
