“First time dealing with Elec 24/7 Receptionist were very professional & polite. ***Appointments not professional**** My Appointment booked & 1 hour later still waiting on the electrician. I tried ringing no reply. Then I got a phonecall 10 minutes post, saying they are held up. I asked why someone hadn't called me?. I had alot to organise today and also had to cancel a Dr appointment this day. Due to Elec 24/7 not showing up on time. Sooo i am feeling very disappointed 😞 won't be dealing with this company in the near future.”

“I don’t often give reviews, particularly unpleasant ones, but after careful consideration I decided that I wanted to put this out there. My initial meeting and impressions of Andre were good. However, I admit that the first mistake I made, was not asking for a quote, and in hindsight, I am surprised that I wasn’t actually offered one. The work was done and appeared to be fine … on closer inspection I did notice that a couple of things were questionable… still I decided to just let it go, as the work I needed to be done, in a timely manner, was completed. Also, the electrician and apprentice who had been sent to do the job were both friendly and respectful. When I received the bill however, I was completely floored! Long story short … I was charged $170 per hour, and quite sure that the hours claimed were not the actual hours worked. I did pay the bill, but I also sent an email voicing my surprise at the cost; querying the claimed hours, and why I was paying the same amount per hour for a qualified electrician as well as for an apprentice, (who actually did the majority of the work). Weeks later and I still have not received a response. As such, I highly recommend that you get quotes from more than one electrical company and be careful not to be blinded by their seemingly professional approach. I am very disappointed.”
