“I requested a quote but was charged an hourly rate for a 10 minute inspection. They took 4 months to come back and repair the gutter then charged for 2 hours of labour for a job that only took less than 45 mins. They said they charged an extra hour because they had to pick up materials in town (10 minutes away). They repaired the gutter leak but didnt reattach the leaf guard properly. (See photos) Unclear communications and unprofessional workmanship.”

“Very happy with the work Johnson Richards Plumbers did installing a new Dishwasher. The plumber was without a doubt reliable, trustworthy and the workmanship was topnotch. “Shower not very good due to low pressure water cylinder needed because of wet back and solar. Asked about a pump after the cylinder but they recommended a longer over flow pipe and a tweaking of the ajax valve. Awesome shower now at a lot less cost. Well done guys”
