“I used Leading Edge Electrical to install a Smart Vent system and a Mitsubishi heat pump. They were really easy to communicate with and I didn't have to wait long for them to install them. The Smart Vent has made a huge difference to my new build home which was so airtight I would get a lot of moisture on the windows and framing in the mornings. Since it has been installed there has been no moisture at all. I am happy they use Mitsubishi heat pumps which are a lot quieter and better than my already installed Toshiba heat pumps. Highly recommend the products and Leading Edge who I'd happily use again.”

Brad was so helpful in finding the right smart vent system to my needs - and that was genuine. He didn’t push the most expensive but guided me to a lower end system as that met my requirements. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote which I accepted there and then. Fast forward a week and two smart, polite and professional work people arrived at my home. They fitted the smart vent system quickly and cleanly (you couldn’t tell they’d been)! They spent time explaining the systems and controls etc. The very next morning we awake to ZERO condensation !!
