“We would absolutely never ever recommend using Nature's Choice. Excuse after excuse and our lawn was left in a right state (worse than before and it was pretty bad!). Turns up randomly, doesn't do much, turns up for payment but then makes excuses of having a sick child and leaves again. We made the mistake of paying cash in full prior to completion. The job was never completed. After an email requesting he either return to finish or refund us half - he chose to refund but had to do it over a period of 2 weeks. While this was frustrating, we accepted that offer as we just wanted our money back. Edited to add: the day we initially contacted him via his website, he said his father had died. Of course we understood then waited until he contacted us again, a week later. The work was then sporadic and excuses given, NONE of which related to his father passing but rather a sick child who may or may not need a doctor but he would return later that day to carry on (which if you find other reviews is a really common excuse of his). This was the same day we paid him.”

“Ian came and assessed our property to clear the back section (17 years worth of neglect! - couldn't see out the windows, the vegetation was so high) to enable surveying site lines and levels to be taken. Most others either wouldn't price, or priced in a lot of risk. Ian assessed things carefully with his practised eye & experience, and realistically priced specific stages we agreed as we went. I was very impressed with his & the team's work & work rate, and the result now means we can proceed with surveying, so we are very happy. I definitely recommend Ian & team, and would use them again.”
