“I first met Janeen and the Pzazz team at the ‘homes show’ earlier this year. Soon after, she made contact, and we started the process of planning and designing our small bathroom renovation. A comprehensive contract was produced stated each individual tradesman’s tasks and hardware – all costed out. They dealt with all the council requirements (building consent/inspections) to put in an extra toilet. Throughout this process (has taken few months) Janeen has regularly communicated, promptly answered all my emails and reassured me that at ‘no time’ would we be without a toilet (my husband anxious about this . . .) Not only that but met me at a tile store to help me decide on this very important feature. I’m so happy with my/our choice (thanks again Janeen). All the tradesmen – were polite and communicative.
